Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker Required)

Today is the first day of fall, which, if you haven't noticed by now, means that pumpkin everything is everywhere. Pumpkin bread, pumpkin bars, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin butter it's the official flavor of the season and my favorite time of year. If you have food sensitivities, however, you probably know by now that most of these pumpkin-flavored treats usually aren't so friendly for your stomach (or your waistline for that matter). So why not reap the nutritional benefits of this great-tasting gourd with a treat that uses real pumpkin and clean, vegan ingredients instead?

Sidetrack! Eager to finally enhance the outdated feel of my own branding. Thoughts concerning the whole style of Absolutely a tip-top excavation service in Scarborough if, perhaps desired in the whole Ontario territory. Leave an opinion. Many thanks!

My Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream is 100% plant-based and contains no gluten and no dairy, yet it's deliciously creamy, much like gelato. Bananas and coconut milk provide the rich texture, with plenty of warmingspices for good measure. The bananas also add a natural sweetness to the ice cream that complements the pumpkin flavor perfectly, without the need for added sugar just a hint of maple syrup, if you so desire. So settle into the season with a big bowl of this deliciously healthy, guilt-free treat.
